Do I need a credit card to start?: No. Start with a 14-day free trial using your mobile money number. We only ask for payment when you choose a paid plan.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?: We will never silently cut you off. You will get an in-app warning as you approach your limit, and we will help you upgrade or top up reminders at the regional SMS rate.
Can I change plans later?: Yes, in one click from the dashboard. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits or annual prepay?: Yes on both. Annual prepay saves 17-20% on every plan. Registered non-profits and educational institutions get an additional 20% off — email us to apply.
